Uncle Kracker, who was famous (for a while) with his hit ?Follow Me? which was played and overplayed on the airwaves in 2000, was released on a $75,000 bond after being charged for second-degree forcible sex.

Kracker, 33, whose real name is Matthew Shafer, forced himself on a 26-year old female patron at the Ess Lounge. An off-duty police officer, who was doubling as security that night, received the report from the complainant.

According to tmz.com, Kracker is accused of (get ready for this, this is hilarious!) ?unlawfully, wilfully and feloniously [engaging] in a sexual act other than vaginal intercourse? by force and without the consent of the victim.

Oh boy?at least now we know what one-hit-wonder artistes are up to after their careers are dead in the mud.
